Bi-Weekly Recreational Drop-Ins Information

• All Bi-Weekly Drop-In Classes take place at our Ayr Location - 2958 Greenfield Road, NDCC - Fitness Room.

• Drop-In Registration is on a class-by-class basis. You must register for any/all classes you wish to participate in individually.

• This is a great time to trial an array of different genres of classes to see what you like and see what classes you may be interested in taking and committing to for Season 3 beginning in September. 

• Registration for our Drop-Ins opens June 1st, 2024.

• All Recreational Drop-Ins are $12.00+HST per class. 

• July Drop-In Dates - July 10th, July 24th

• August Drop-In Dates - August 7th, August 21st
